Seven began in 2015 as a project of love for food, events and making people happy one bite at a time.  Janel has always had a passion for bringing people together at the dinner table and providing them unique food to talk about.  Her ideas for food stem from her travels abroad, her experience as a line cook at Rye, a new and progressive downtown Appleton restaurant and the great Culinary magazines like Saveur and Bon Appetite.  When she’s not in the kitchen she’s either working at her family’s insurance agency, at kc&t in Kaukauna, traveling or spending time outside with family and friends.
